:: Unusual large scale format of roundel medallions, geometric interconnected floral arabesques and blossoms across the main field in oversize proportion. Minor borders in a seed and germinating blossom design motif with main in a diminutive boteh meandering vine. Colors and shades include: Ivory, sapphire blue, brick red, jade green, madder root red, chestnut copper and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end expertly restored, with possible reduction to the main and outer minor borders. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Northwest Persian rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'11" x 9'7".
