:: Roundel center medallion reminiscent of a pomegranate top view atop a covered all over Herati inspired field. Colors and shades include: Dusty teal, dusty sapphire blue, pale coffee brown, chocolate brown, antique ivory, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Likely reduced to the perimeter expertly performed by one outer minor border. Colors on the reverse less oxidized than those on the pile side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bijar rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'4" x 6'7".
