The field is structured and harmonious, often appearing in a mirrored layout with scrolling vines, rosettes, and lotus palmettes. Rich deep tones and natural shades with vivid quality, and the technical precision that marks it as fine in both knot count and clarity. Colors and shades include: Cochineal red, dark navy blue, sapphire blue, beige, ivory, sand, raspberry red and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight curling to the sides resulting in uneven wear.
