:: Unusually large Kurdish Hamadan carpet, possibly intended to be longer, based on asymmetric character of the oversized center medallion. Likely intended for domestic use, as opposed to commercial export, in and around the time it was woven. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, dark brick red, navy blue, charcoal black, ivory, fuchsia, saffron yellow, tangerine orange, blush, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to foundation and/or knot heads showing across. Mostly secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 4'9" x 7'11".
