4x6.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Double interconnected center medallion with germinating plant and stepped perimeter adorned at either end by finned finials in lozenge shaped geometric field overlay. Colors and shades include: Rich cream, ivory, silver, pale coffee brown, dusty powder blue, dusty seafoam green, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Several areas of expert restoration. Minor loss to both ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 3'11" x 6'6".
