:: Extremely detailed repeating multi-column and row gul medallions in a tight and fine weave. Amazing splendor in design execution, known as the Bokhara style, or 'elephant's footprint' (actually geometric floral designs) made in the spirit of centuries old carpets. Plush, soft, silk-like pile with superb quality, long-stapled wool rendering high sheen and luster imparting unusual dynamic and contrast between light and dark sides. Colors and shades include: Black, brick red, ivory, pale powder blue, chestnut, rust, pale jade green, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Like-new, original full pile height even across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Pakistani Bokhara rug made in Pakistan circa 1990's vintage. Size measures 4'1" x 6'1".
