:: Single column interconnected center medallions with interior minor bud details and germinating plant therein. Wrapped by densely ornamented Samovar stylized arms stemming therefrom and partial Herati inspired serrated leaf design elements therein. Heavy abrashes across with main border in a meandering vine and blossom design motif. Excellent detail in inner and outer minor borders with arrow shaped blossoms. Colors and shades include: Charcoal black, violet purple, dusty copper, pale terracotta, dusty bright teal, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of professionally restrung foundation. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage.
