:: Diamond shaped concentric main medallions with quatrefoil characteristics outwardly directed atop a covered main field of floral blossoms, serrated leaves and a main border in a classic reciprocating samovar and meandering vine design motif. Colors and shades include: Faded brick red, pale cherry red, navy blue, powder blue, dusty teal, ivory, jade green, burgundy, and more. Condition notes: Areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Numerous areas of professional restoration, repiling, scattered darning, and more. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 6'7" x 9'.
