:: Allover covered field of roundel floral top views and serrated palmettes arranged in staggered rows and light lattice diagonal orientation. Main border in a Herati inspired serrated leaf and central floral palmette rendering. Colors and shades include: Jade green, dusty powder blue, pale copper, terra cotta, dusty rose, deep pomegranate red, chocolate brown, chestnut rust, beige, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple repairs in varying degrees of expertise. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mahal carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 8'10" x 11'8".
