:: Vintage circa 1950's - 1960's (possibly older), this is a truly unique + special painting depicting The Brooklyn Bridge along The East River with the NYC skyline serving as the dreamy backdrop with an adorable and vivid tugboat scene in the forefront. With soft + subtle colors, this painting has the ultimate vintage look. Signed by artist Gil Edwards, it seems to be oil on masonite board. Truly realistic depiction of the landscape with amazing and super sweet detailing! Measures in at the large size of 19.75" x 48.5", this piece truly makes a statement. Conditional notes: there are signs of use and age with a couple of markings on the surface of the painting with a small browning color in one section of the bridge detailing + some overall chipping of the outer wooden frame.
