:: Authentic antique color lithograph titled Edible Fungi. Lithograph illustrates decorative cross section and grouping of three varieties of edible fungi atop a light sage gray background: 1. Yellowish Cantarelle (Cantharellus Lutescens), 2. Chantarelle Craterellus (Craterellus Cantharellus (Schw.)), 3. Funnelform Chantarelle (Cantharellus Infundibuliformis (Scop.)). Information on lower portion reads: C.H. Pek, del. C. Fausel Litho., James B. Lyon State Printer. These are part of a rare book from the University of the State of New York, November 1900: Report of the State Botanist on Edible Fungi of New York 1895-99. Condition: Minor scuffs and signs of handling. Under each variety of fungi there is a hand written number in black ink. Aged browning around edges. Full size measures 9" x 11.5" and cropped, the dimensions would be slightly smaller.
