EXTENDED HOLDS AND RESERVES

For items that need to be held for more than 7 calendar days, we offer an Extended Reserve option. This enables items to be reserved for up to 30 total calendar days. A small deposit is required for each reserved item.

Extended Reserve Deposit & Cost

• The deposit is 10% of the item’s net price, capped at $150 per item.
• Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be credited toward other items.

How Extended Reserves Are Processed

1. Checkout Link / Invoice Payment Method

• • A checkout link or invoice will be issued for full payment of the non-refundable extended reserve deposit(s).
  • A separate checkout link / invoice will detail the total item cost and include a credit for the deposit already paid, and intended to be processed prior to dispatch.
  • If the item is kept, the full balance is settled.
  • If the item is returned, a partial refund may be issued to the product checkout link, minus any applicable credit card or shipping fees (if the item was shipped).

2. Assumed Extended Hold on Orders

• • In some cases, a portion of an order may be assumed as allocated to an Extended Reserve based on prior communication.
  • If the order is canceled or returned, the refund will be issued minus:
    • The non-refundable deposit in the amount of 10% the item price capped at $150.
    • Credit card fees on the total amount.
    • Any incurred direct costs.

Important Note:
The Extended Reserve Policy does not change or extend our Return Policy.

If the owners agree to make an exception, the rug must be returned in original, unused condition. Any visible signs of wear, use, or damage—including but not limited to odors, pet hair, soiling, or alterations—will result in immediate refusal of the return, and all associated shipping charges will remain your responsibility.

The cleaning fee is not a substitute for return condition standards and does not imply acceptance of any use or wear. It is a standard precaution we require for all rugs that have left our custody for an extended period, as the rug will be reintroduced into an environment with valuable and sensitive inventory. This cleaning is for the protection of our stock—not to remediate client use.
