Print tear sheet:: Energetic and colorful original artwork of New England scene in watercolor complete with bare trees, oxen, cabins, covered bridge, and a small town just to the side of the mountains. Greens, lavender, bronzes, light blue, and shades of charcoal black. Art pushes to the edge of the piece, watercolor on paper. Signed by artist in lower right corner: H. Freitag. On the reverse side in pencil, another signature is seen reading Helen V. Freitag, E. Hampton L.I. Charming and quaint accent piece. We are guessing this is vintage 1960's or 70's. Condition: Good vintage condition. Has residual tape mark in top center, lower right corner has small tear. Full size measures 10" x 7" and cropped, the dimensions would be slightly smaller.
