:: Fine Persian Hamadan carpet circa 1950. Slightly more unique ivory field, with allover herati design. The carpet does have some very strong oxidation of colors when comparing the reverse side to the front. On the back, there is also evidence of some color run. On the front of the carpet, there is minimal signs of wear or blooming of the pile. Colors such as yellow have transformed to an ivory, and the sky blue a deep gray. This is likely due to prolonged exposure to sunlight. The carpet has been recently cleaned Size 3'5" x 4'11"
