:: This is a vintage 1963 landscape watercolor painting {signed + dated by artist A. Sanchin} that is of a countryside on a beautiful day with a cowboy trotting off on his horse in the distance. Painted on what appears to be a very substantial heavy-gauge paper. And the frame appears to be vintage as well with a quite lovely linen border. The piece is quite large as well making it quite the eye-catcher. The frame measures 30.75" x 38.5" and the actual painting measures 22" x 30". This art piece is near excellent condition, with some very minor signs of use to the edges of the frame. It appears to have been professionally framed soon after its creation + kept within the frame ever since, so the painting itself seems pristine.
