In average condition, perhaps showing tears, hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties. Kindly reference photos for which of these may apply. Size on this larger felt flag pennant measures approximately 8" x 26".
