Adorable, playful and nice quality velvet burgundy dress with cats (maybe siamese?) all over by Betsey Johnson vintage circa 90s. This dress could make a cat lady look pretty cool indeed. Could see it as grungy with big black boots or feminine with flats and a cardigan. Quite the cute dress and can either be a hip hugger or cool loose long dress for smaller frame!
