:: Vintage circa 1940's Boston, Mass. (State House) felt flag souvenir banner pennant with Massachusetts State House. Average condition perhaps showing tears, hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties.
