:: Vintage Hagerstown felt flag pennant circa 1930s. A souvenir from Hagerstown Maryland, this felt flag consists of three main pieces of cloth sewn together with felt lettering adhered to the center piece. In fair condition perhaps showing tears, hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties. Kindly reference photos for which of these may apply. Size measures: 10" x 26"
