Prim and proper with a cute flair, late 70s / 80s does 40s vintage designer Oscar de la Renta of the Miss O line. Top has a peplum bottom and the skirt is adorable in and of itself and would match many different tops. Well made and nice outfit for the right occasion, not to mention nice collectible piece of the designer's!
