:: Vintage handmade Ashanti bronze gold weight (also known as Mbramoo) in the shape of a man with a long braided beard. These spoons were used in Africa to weigh gold dust, which was used as a form of currency. Circa mid 20th century and possibly older, this piece has such incredible handmade charm and no two are identical. As this item is in vintage condition, it may show signs of age and use. Kindly note the item photographed may not necessarily be an identical to that which you receive. This listing is for a one of a kind handmade item, however, we do have multiples which are being sold under one parent listing. Minor and subtle differences may apply to the finish, dimensions, slight imperfections, and in some cases a male or female being substituted interchangeably.
