:: Vintage circa 1940s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania felt flag souvenir banner pennant with imagery of Betsy Ross' house and the Liberty Bell on it, atop a red background. Average condition perhaps showing tears, hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties. Kindly reference photos for which of these may apply. Size measures approximately 8" x 25".
