:: Vintage University of Pennsylvania felt flag pennant circa 1960. This piece of mid-century memorabilia from PA University features the school colors of blue and red along with imagery of the school's crest. In fair condition perhaps showing tears, hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties.
