:: Victoria of Canada with color graphics to the left. Likely made in or around 1960's. This felt flag pennant is in excellent condition showing minimal signs of handling. Kindly reference photos for condition. Size measures 6.5" x 22". In the effort of preserving condition as photographed, our contiguous US ship costing is at a slightly higher rate based on our wrapping these items to ship flat, and avoid creases.
