Vintage Distressed Kars Rug Mat Product Description and Details

:: Double center medallion with thin finned geometric blossom atop an open field surrounded by a serpent main border. Colors and shades include: Beige, silver, oxidized silver, charcoal chocolate brown, copper, magenta, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Kars rug mat made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 1'8" x 2'8".
