:: Triple geometric center medallions with interior diamond shape minor medallions bearing hook and latch germinating plant tendrils atop an abrashed field. Colors and shades include: Copper, silver, dark charcoal, oxidized silver, dusty magenta, pale tangerine orange and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Kindly note rugs of this type, age and size are not intended to be perfect - they are often woven in informal settings, on small wooden looms, which renders charming character and slightly irregular shape. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Kars rug mat made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 1'5" x 2'10".
