:: Oversized center medallion with palmette finials stemming therefrom. Gem tones throughout and classic Karaja style main border in wide banded thickness with high level detail in serrated leaves and minor seeds. Colors and shades include: Cinnabar red, powder blue, faded sapphire blue, ivory, beige, cream, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 9'10" x 12'10".
