Main border in large scale partial Herati style design motif with two scrolled serrated leaves surrounding a central palmette. Top outer minor borer bearing a weaver workshop signature. Colors and shades include: Rose, pink, blush, chestnut, deep terracotta, slate blue, silver, platinum, ivory, pale coffee brown, pale chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tabriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage.
