:: Palmettes arranged in rows and columns interconnected by sprawling thin vines, each surrounded by its own intricate minor blossoms. Main border in a palmette and weeping willow style design motif. Colors and shades include: Silver, dusty denim blue, beige, sand, ivory, dark chocolate brown, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 11'2" whereas the opposing measures 11'5". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tabriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 11'5" x 14'6".
