Vintage Distressed Baktiari Carpet Product Description and Details

:: Oversized center medallion with arrowed finials at either sided end atop a covered field of blossoms interconnected by vines. Corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocate the contour of the main medallion as a partial quarter map of same with inverted coloration. Colors and shades include: Dusty burgundy wine red, dusty powder blue, oxidized silver, dusty seafoam green, dusty blush, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Baktiari carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 11'4" x 14'10".
