:: Diamond shaped center medallion with minor arrowed finials atop a covered boteh main field comprised of staggered rows in alternating direction. Main border in a partial Herati and turtle samovar design motif. Fine weave with great quality wool! Colors and shades include: Cherry red, dark navy blue, ivory, sky blue, sapphire blue, dusty forest green, and more. Condition notes: Even original pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Engelas rug made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 4'3".
