:: Allover covered field of minor botehs in alternating directional rows with a single center medallion bearing an interior pomegranate with bursting flowers stemming therefrom. Vivid corner spandrels with color inversion to that of the main field yet continued boteh motif. Main border in a meandering vine and floral blossom Serbend style relief. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, sapphire blue, pomegranate red, navy blue, ivory, rust, chestnut, blush, pale seafoam green and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor loss to one end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tajabad rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 4'1".
