:: Single column repeating geometric center medallions with interior diamond shaped checkered flower design motif each with alternating / inverted coloration wrapped by a serrated leaf main border and very unusual prayer niche top field design rendering with slightly pinched field and wider border. Colors and shades include: Deep brick red, chocolate brown, sand, beige, antique ivory, madder root red, powder blue, slate blue, bronze and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor reduction to both ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz rug runner made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 3' x 12'6".
