:: Triple center medallion with main bearing interior serrated leaves and hook and latch germinating plant enveloped contour. Outermost medallions with geometric interior gul in serrated lightning contour atop a covered ground of floral blossoms and germinating plants and buds. Inner and outer minor borders in a serpent design motif. Colors and shades include: Brick red, ivory, lime green, dusty slate blue, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Reduction to both outer minor borders on each end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Karaja rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'7" x 6'1".
