4.5x7 Vintage Distressed Meshed Rug

:: Tree of Life design motif sprawling throughout the entire main field with delicate long vines, full bloom in blossom, wrapped by a narrow banded inner outer and minor border. In the bottom portion of the main field are pictorial cartouches bearing fish in motion. Colors and shades include: Dusty sky blue, ivory, beige, sand, cochineal red, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 4'2" whereas the opposing measures 4'4". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Meshed rug made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 4'4" x 6'9".
