:: Triple medallion in simplistic rendering in asymmetric design fill. Two medallions fairly similar to one another, although the top medallion features an off-set pomegranate. Field comprised of decorative design elements and awesome interpretations of crabs, serpents, and pinwheel design elements. Colors and shades include: Sky blue, mallard green, cherry red, pomegranate red, beige, dusty gold, aubergine, and more.Condition notes: Mostly even wear across with isolated areas of foundation showing through, in addition to etching in darker tones, namely those in the charcoal brown families. Fully secured sides, mostly secure ends showing light tatter. One mended area, professionally performed, likely to seam an old slit. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian rug made in the Caucasus region circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 4'2" x 5'7".
