:: Hexagonal center medallion with oversized arrowed finials bearing an interior Herati design motif atop a covered field of botehs in lattice orientation and partially nuanced direction at the lower right corner of the main field. Classic Farahan Sarouk main border in oversized floral cross-sections with interconnecting vinery in minor botehs and blossoms throughout. Colors and shades include: Navy blue charcoal, antique ivory, blush, oxidized silver, denim blue, sage green, pale saffron yellow, fuchsia, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Farahan Sarouk rug made in Persia circa 1910's vintage.
