:: Center medallion defined by design density in a roundel floral bouquet. Covered field of weeping willow stylized inwardly directed trees with sprawling ferns and vines atop an abrashed ground. A late transitional Mohajeran to German Sarouk weaving. Sturdy construction with super glossy wool that has high sheen and polish imparting a silk-like appearance. Colors and shades include: Raspberry red, sapphire blue, beige, sand, powder blue, oxidized silver, coffee brown, soft magenta, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A period correct painted rug. Multiple repairs in varying degrees of expertise.
