:: Triple center medallion in simplistic starburst form, wrapped by a hook-and-latch germinating plant interior overlay. Main border in an oversized serrated leaf and germinating plant motif. Awesome barber pole style alternating coloration outer and inner minor borders, each bearing a top view of a pomegranate. Colors and shades include: Ivory, beige, sapphire blue, dusty sky blue, powder blue, silver, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Melas rug made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 4' x 6'.
