:: Allover repeating boteh motif, each featuring its own intricate detailed germinating flower / plant therein symbolizing prosperity and rebirth. Inner minor border featuring similar stylized botehs with fantastic abrashed ground in pale powder blue to sky blue shades. Within the main field are unique design elements offsetting the repetition of the main featured design elements. Note the woven interpretation of an animal. Colors and shades include: Sky blue, powder blue, aqua blue, navy blue, charcoal brown, charcoal, oxidized silver, jet black, antique ivory, dusty gold, dusty blush, terra cotta, chestnut brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across, fully secured sides and ends. Some light isolated areas of fold wear showing exposed foundation, in addition to recess to the pile in the lower portion of the carpet. Professionally rewoven areas on the edges. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian rug runner made in the Caucasus region circa 1910's vintage.
