Amazing splendor in the design execution, known as the 'Bokhara' motif or 'elephant footprint' design (actually geometric floral designs) in the spirit yesteryear Tekke carpets. Plush, soft, silk-like pile. Superb quality, long-stapled wool with high sheen and luster adding to great dynamic and contrast from light and dark sides. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, navy blue, ivory and more. Condition notes: Like-new, original full pile height even across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends.
