:: Triple center medallion with interior germinating plants interconnected by vinery with stepped contour relief enveloping each medallion atop a covered field of serrated leaves, botehs, animals, floral top-views, and even a few serpents. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, indigo blue, ivory, dusty gold, sky blue, jade green, and wine aubergine. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Tatter to sides and ends. Multiple scattered areas to the interior with minor hole prone areas the size of a pencil eraser. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Qashqai carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 4'11" x 8'8".
