:: Repeating diagonally oriented shield-like quatrefoil oriented medallions interconnected with thick bands lending to a lattice / trellis outline. Main border in a roundel palmette with interconnected lightening serrated vines. Colors and shades include: Bright cantaloupe melon, pale ruby red grapefruit, ivory, platinum, sand, dusty sky blue, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian carpet made in the Caucasus region circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 6'6" x 10'1".
