:: Allover covered field in geometric repeating shield medallion design motif arranged in three columns atop a covered field of floral top views and serpent inner and outer minor borders with serrated leaf main border. Colors and shades include: Ivory, sea foam green, dusty powder blue, slate blue, sky blue, jade green, sandalwood, indigo blue, copper, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Secure sides, fully secured ends. Machine bound sides and ends. Likely professionally reduced by one outer minor border. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Sparta carpet made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 6'4" x 9'7".
