6x10.5 Vintage Distressed Sparta Carpet Product Description and Details

:: Inspired by centuries old Ushak carpets in a double oversize center medallion with interior samovar shaped vines atop a covered field with splayed inverted coloration medallions reciprocating the contour of the main. Colors and shades include: Dusty terra cotta, oxidized silver, ivory, slate green blue, antique ivory and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Secure sides, fully secured ends. Machine bound sides and multiple areas of repairs in varying degrees of expertise. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Sparta carpet made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 6'3" x 10'5".
