:: Allover covered Herati motif with intricate mahi design interpretation. Classic main border in serrated leaf / meandering vine contour. Excellent arbitrary alternation in color fills throughout, adding to dynamic and unique artistic merit. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, madder root red, cherry red, ivory, antique ivory, oxidized copper green, aubergine, mauve, pale raspberry, coffee brown black.Condition notes: Professionally restrung foundation. Fully secured sides and ends. Large areas of wear. Some older mends in varying degrees of restoration. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Armenian Karabagh rug runner made in Armenia circa 1890's vintage. Size measures 6'2" x 13'7".
