:: Unusual coloration and allover design motif Lilihan carpet sharing characteristics and design elements similar to those found in Yezd weavings of similar age. Great detail in expressive floral vinery with strong dramatic contouring, especially those found in the oversized leaves and arabesques breaking out into floral buds. Colors and shades include: Purple, sky blue, navy blue, beige, pale sand, hint of gold, antique ivory and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. One area of an older attempt at restoration in slightly offset shading and density. Fully secured ends with light tatter to opposing side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Lilihan carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 6'2" x 9'6".
