:: Unusual oversized Belouch in rare proportions showing minimal signs of use, with ends retaining it's original plainwoven kilim. Double column center medallions of oversized woven interpretations of flowers (guls) wrapped by sharp geometric serrated contour. Many details and nuances throughout, including abrashes and alternating color fills. Colors and shades include: Dark cherry red, oxidized silver, chocolate brown, navy blue, pale raspberry red, charcoal black, antique ivory and more. Condition notes: Due to the way in which these tribal / nomadic rugs are made there are variations in the contour and size of the carpet. Measurement includes plain weave kilim but excludes fringe. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Belouch carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 5'9" x 9'1".
