6x9 Vintage Distressed Oushak Carpet

:: Roundel center medallion with scalloped contour, adorned at either end by palmette finials atop an open, abrashed, field. Corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Colors and shades include: Cream, antique ivory, pale coffee brown, dusty pale olive green, and more. Condition notes: Areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 6' x 8'11".
