:: Oversize concentric center medallions in quatrefoil orientation and shield like contour adorned at either opposing end by serrated palmettes atop a covered field of geometric floral blossoms, serrated leaves, minor arabesques and buds connected by vinery throughout. Main border in a turtle samovar design motif. Colors and shades include: Brick red, navy blue, dusty pink, pale coffee brown, sky blue, ivory and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A few areas of localized expert restoration, with one large expert restoration to the side border, as seen in photos. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 7'4" x 10'3".
